A P WISE EXCAVATING

Septic system started to fail within 6 months of living in the new home.  Wise excavating took no ownership of the problem.  I later had the tanks drained/pumped and found that the baffles were laying at the bottom of the tank.  Again, Wise excavating took no ownership of the work that they failed to do, installing the baffles even though they were part of the system design.  Wise  also lied and said that 1) they were not needed amd 2) they couldn't be installed after the tanks were put in the ground because of methane concerns.   I paid the guy who pumped the tanks to install it and he didn't even have to climb into the tank.  He also determined that the line from the house to the tanks ran uphill toward the tanks and came in at an angle that prevented the baffles from being installed in the first place.  After installing the baffles, the tanks worked properly.
I also have damp walls and water in my basement because Wise excavating backfilled around the basement with clay.  I dug by hand, down to the level where the water was coming in and found it was all clay, stopping the water from draining to the french drains around the footer.  Again, Wise took no ownership of the problem and did nothing.
Wise did the same work for all the houses in my development, and they all have the same issues.
