I highly recommend Valarie and her team from Window Wizards because of the exceptional work they have done at the school where I work and at my personal home. I trust Val and her team to enter my home when I am away, knowing that she and her team will work with integrity and excellence. Upon completion, my windows looked brand new! I have high, vaulted ceilings and windows and Valarie was able to service every one, even my sky light windows. I recommend Window Wizards for their great customer service and excellent work.

I think given that she had to run her brush through the lower window to wash both the lower window and upper window it went well. I believe if an outside ladder or scaffolding was used it would have been better.

Quick and neat, job well done

Excellent experience! Valerie and her team showed up on time (actually a little early). Two story house has over 30 windows. It took me half a day just to do the first floor windows (outside only). Valerie and team did both floors, inside and out, screens and sills and completed the job within 3 hours! Windows look absolutely fantastic. No streaks or trails. They were very professional. No mess, you would never have known they were there except for the fact that the windows sparkle once again. Have used them in the past and will continue to use in future. Scheduling services may be a little tricky as they are in demand, but they are worth the wait.

Valerie was extremely professional and thorough. She arrived on time and walked the house prior to beginning the job to discuss what needed and did not need to be done.
I was completely satisfied and would use her company again.

Overall my experience with this company was very good.  I called for an estimate and received a quote over the phone since they have set prices based on the size and type of window.  A date was set to do the windows, skylights and sliding doors, both inside and out.  However, it had to be postponed due to all the rain we had.  They were in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the next appointment date, since it rained every day.  They showed up on Tuesday during a break in the rain and got the job done.  Now all my windows, doors and skylights and bright and clear.  They are courteous and professional.  I will definitely call them again for the next cleaning.

The name for this company is perfect.  They were WIZARDS indeed.  They arrived on time, couldn't have been nicer, and did an excellent job on the windows which were particularly dirty due to construction and weather.  This was as nice an experience as one could wish.  I'm sure their house cleaning is just as good and I may be trying it as well.  They get a big A.
