I liked them because they were efficient and they figured out what to do and they got it done. I know of one realtor that is using them for repairs on the properties he represents. I think the problem with my window was taken care of as far as I can tell, but I haven't had any heavy rain since they fixed it, but I am assuming that it was fixed, but I can't be sure until we get a heavy rain again. I will use their services again in the future.
