I contacted Nathan because they were an "Accredited BBB Plumber" for assistance with a well pump for our rural cabin. He made an appointment to come out i n a couple of days, and was punctual. While troubleshooting the issue, he identified the issue as being electrical in nature, and the problem was before the wires got to the pump.
Since we met after normal business hours, and the fix would take a couple of hours, there was not enough time to complete the work. He came back to finish at a mutually acceptable time, and got everything working and installed, and cleaned up everything.
He did a fine job and charged a fair price.
