They were very prompt. I thought the price was good and they were very clean. We had one corner that was not quite perfect and they came out the same day to fix it.

Lou is the main guy in the company and his age is quite deceiving. he is only 34 but when we met and i told him what i was looking for to have. he told me he would be back in 3 days with drawings and a price. the 3rd day came and he called me in the morning and he was there at 6 pm like he said. very prompt and i like that. he went over what he had and had several other drawings and things we never thought of. when i gave them the go to start he asked for half the money up front and half upon completion and he never asked for a dime until the project was completed. and they were there 15 minutes early every day never late. my husband and i have been through alot of contractors since we met and had our house built and argued with all of them and even at ourselves. this is the first company that did thier job and explained on a daily basis how the job was going. we wish we had thier number when we had our house built. no one ever will set a nail in our home except Five Star Remodelers!!!
