John Gemmi is extremely customer-oriented. He strives to meet and beat expectations. He has a can do attitude as do his staff, who are very pleasant. The project was done on time and within budget. The staff is very accommodating. For example, when the sink I had picked out appeared to large for the space, one of the crew exchanged it and got back in time to have it installed without affecting the schedule. John and his team are very focused on customer satisfaction and are not happy until the customer is satisfied. I had used Gemmi Construction previously for a major kitchen renovation and am planning on hiring them in the near future for another project. I recommend them without qualification for any kind of home renovation project.
