Neil is a complete professional. He arrived early, was meticulous and explained everything he was doing, offering great suggestions along the way and had the report back to us in less than 24 hours. I shared the report with an agent, roofer and electrician and everyone commented on how thorough it was. I would recommend him 100%.

Extremely detailed home inspection, provided me the full report the next day, and when I called him to ask about a a few items on the report,  he returned my call immediately and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. The inspector (Nick) put together a very detailed property inspection report within 3 days of the inspection.  He inspected every part of the house in about 4 hours. He provided the comprehensive report with advice and suggestions for improvements. Excellent job all around!

Neil was great! We have an older home with no intention of selling but in need of some upgrading. We weren't sure where to begin so we made an appointment with Strong Home Inspections. Neil took the time to perform a thorough inspection and - more importantly to us - spent time with us during and after the inspection to answer our questions, address our concerns and offer suggestions. The inspection was followed up with a detailed report with findings listed. Neil was very professional, knowledgeable and above all patient as he answered all of our questions.

Mr. Napolitano went through the premises with a fine tooth comb taking pictures which were accompanied by his findings and recommendations. He had a written report sent to my inbox the same evening. Neil was a fantastic home inspector. He is a sellers worst nightmare and a buyer's dream. Very thorough, very professional and very punctual. He was always early and I was always late. He would always start before I'd get there. He had all the tools he needed to do his job with. This guy was incredible. Checked for roof leaks, bad foundations, electric, termites or evidence of termite infestation. You name it, he covers it. Usually only takes 2hrs to do an overall job. Don't even try to understand what he's doing. Just let him do his thing. He saved me from 2 potential disasters in buying a home. You can look at a home and cosmetically, it looks great. Give Neil a crack at it and it's a completely different story. He's also very honest. The home I finally did buy was based on the fact that Neil thought it was a solid home. He will tell you that there will always be issues but he's more concerned with the major issues that will drive your bank account dry. By the way, his fee is extremely reasonable and competitive. He charges $450 per inspection. His reports are very thorough and detailed with many pictures describing his findings. He will email you his report. He does take checks.

I highly, highly recommend Neil for home inspections. If the seller's agent happens to know him, take a look at his face. You will see that he knows, if something's wrong with the home Neil will find it.
