I contacted Shady Lady to obtain a quote Staff were very nice and polite. They treated me well. Follow up was not prompt and I had to call several times to remind them I was waiting for a quote. When I did get a quote it was rather pricey compared to some other high quality window treatment vendors. I was providing my own fabric, so the high price quote turned me away. On a positive note, the fact that Shady Lady was open to using my own fabric was wonderful, because I really liked my fabric! It was more challenging to find this option at other window treatment vendors. }

"I met with (Member name removed) on 2/8/13 and quoted her on 2/11/13. She was gathering information for her employer and her budget was limited. Her employer told her if she could get the job done for XXX amount of dollars, than she could go ahead with the project. I think 3 days is a rather quick response time considering the amount of work required by me to figure an appropriate price for a job that included figuring how much fabric she had from already made panels and then the labor to make same fabric into something else entirely. I recall one phone call looking for the quote. My quote for this job was priced accordingly."
