Mary Beth helped us sell our home for its full list price. Our buyer was challenging to say the least and Mary Beth handled it like the pro that she is. When we could not attend the settlement for the house we sold, Mary Beth went as our power of attorney and deftly handled our buyer and his agent's attempts at last minute negotiations. Mary Beth also provided professional pictures for our listing. She also negotiated late into the night with the agent of the home we purchased. Mary Beth also was very helpful and flexible when my toddler had to join us for some appointments. We would not hesitate to get Mary Beth's help for any future real estate needs. She was by far the best compared to other real estate agencies I have dealt with in the past. She was with me every day and flowed up with every person who visited my house. She was able to assist me at the closing. She really seemed interested in selling my house. She was very professional every time which I appreciated. I would use her again in the future.
