Relax The Back Bryn Mawr

This is an excellent store. They have a large variety of ergonomic chairs of high quality. The staff is friendly and informed--and patient with customers who need to think, and try out multiple chairs to find the right chair for that specific customer's ergonomic needs. I first shopped here in 2000, and the chair that I bought then lasted 22 years without problems. Incidentally, that chair has helped me to maintain spinal health and avoid exacerbations of degenerative disc disease. Most importantly, the customer service in this store is outstanding. When that 22 yr old chair recently developed problems, they were able to work a miracle, and repair it in less than a week. I could not recommend a store more highly.

We have used several different sources for mattresses in the past.  We spent a lot this time because we got the ergonomic system which is a frame that goes up and down.  We purchased the foundation, mattress and frame from Relax The Back.   Their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, Temperpedic doesn't allow the dealers to discount.  Relax The Back was very professional, and we would use them again.
