Ranieri & Kerns Associates (RKA) was established in 1996 by two principals: Thorne Gregory Ranieri and Andrew Michael Kerns Sr. RKA is always striving to be the best whether it be value engineering, product selection, schedule flexibility or environmental awareness. Our team approach style of construction is often evident during the progression of any given project as well as during final completion. This unique approach encompasses the client, architect, employees, subcontractors and material suppliers.

I've known and worked with RKA (Andy Kerns and Greg Ranieri) since 2008.  After interviewing many of the Main Line contractors at the time, RKA became my go-to renovators and carpentry source for our older Main Line home (which is now basically pristine).  They performed a large scale renovation in 2008 and numerous smaller upgrades and repairs since then.  Although our house has few issues today, early this year RKA repaired an original cast iron waste line.  As usual, RKA foremen were extremely careful how they accessed the repair.  They tarped all floors, created plastic walls to prevent dust and had their plumber in and out so fast the job was done and the walls buttoned up inside of a few days ready for paint.

They did what they said they would do, they did it when they said they would do it, and they did it for the price they said they would charge. A little pricier than some others, but no surprises may have justified that higher cost,
