+ -1 moreI called him, told him what I needed, he came over, looked around, left, sent me a very polite estimate in the email and then he came and did the job. Other things kept coming up as he was going along because both spaces he did were old and ill tended before he got there but he took care of everything. Everytime I'd think to myself 'oh no I am afraid to find out what this is going to cost' it would turn out to be not much or a very reasonable figure.
Description of Work: Pete painted the entire interior of the house; all walls, woodwork, ceilings, to include plaster patching. He also did demolition in my new office, painted my entire new office before we moved in; removed a wall, patched and spackled,
