Great customer service. The field guys were super friendly, quick, and professional. Very communicative and patient. I think their pricing could had been a little more fair but the job got done without a hitch.

They came to my house the same day and got rid of the junk for a reasonable price.

This place scams you, I am so disheartened. I was quoted $900 to move my daughter from Bryn Mawr to Princeton, an hour away (and a one bedroom apartment) because of a terrible roommate situation and I was out of town. It took the movers from 9:30-11:30 to be clear. My credit card just got charged $2500. I may be too trusting but these people are assholes.

They sent a small truck and charged 3 times more than the estimate.

The guys were amazing. Professional and nice. The office staff lied about fees and did nothing but argue with me and then they said they would look into it and never called back.

I've hired many movers, and, by far, Zippy is the best. Not even close. The movers were outstanding, very polite, very careful. They worked very well together. I don't plan on moving again, but I have recommended Zippy to anyone moving now or possibly in the future. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I used zippy. My daughter used them for her move. I am using them again next month. A repeat customer is the highest compliment.

We hired them strictly on availability. Not a wise choice but we did not have much choice so there you go. The packers need better training on how to pack delicate items. The movers need better training on how to move boxes without having them fall off the truck. Would I hire them again - no. If you have already packed all your stuff, then they might do in a pinch.
