I'm an avid gym-goer, attending group classes at least 5 times a week. I was quite anxious about finding a gym upon my move to this area and looked at several. I paid the annual fee up front for Main Line Health and Fitness and have been attending classes now for about a month. I am absolutely delighted with the experience so far. The classes offer many choices (body pump, TRX, aerobics, spin, interval training, yoga, mat pilates etc.) and the trainers are very skilled. The other women who attend the class are friendly and welcoming - many are regulars who greet me by name when I arrive for a class. I haven't had a chance to use the weight rooms, but they are well equipped. They also have a circuit set of equipment for an efficient workout, if desired.
Overall, I can only say great things about this gym and am very pleased that I joined!

I haven't used them for fitness center. It's for Main Line Health medical offices. They are great!!! They are very helpful. Great people. They answer your questions. Actually recently I have heart and thyroid issues and that's why I am seeing them. I was there a week ago. My mom actually use them so I research them back then when she was using them and decided to use them myself and I like them.

This was a very professional and positive experience. The trainer/nutritionist contacted me and made an appointment. He asked questions about my goals, gave me an idea of what the center would offer, took me on a tour and helped to identify a trainer. He also made a plan to chart my daily nutritional intake in order to make any suggestions that would support my fitness program. Although I am just beginning I have been very impressed with the approach and the program offered.

It is a great facility and has three floors. It has a really great weight room. There is a lot of cardio equipment on the first floor. It is a very classy kind of gym and has carpeted locker rooms and towel service. It is a really nice place. They do also offer recovery treatment therapy.
