It did not go the way I thought it should have. John Dempsey was our realtor. My siblings and I were selling my father's house after 47 years of ownership. I was 300+ miles away and the experience was nerve racking. From the beginning I felt he was not listening to our needs and concerns.
Constant pressure to get to settlement when other factors were not considered.
Communication was difficult due to- my being out of state and technology skills did not interface with the realtor.
In the end I was glad to be done with this whole transaction.
