"We have no record of you calling, no voice mail or nothing on caller id. Maybe you called another company. And just for your info, we do not offer snow plow services in the media area. It would be about a 40 minute drive in snow. And I would recommend to make snow clearing arrangements with a snow plow contractor, in the fall, or at latest early winter, so you do not find yourself in this situation. Thanks, James"
