They haven't completed the work, they came out twice and haven't done the whole job. I'm physically disabled, they have not finished the hill. I'm stuck in my house because of the snow and its turned to ice. Nobody can get me out, this is not good, they texted me that they would finish this job. I had to cancel a meeting because of the danger this issue causes, I'm not happy.
