+ -1 moreI scheduled the necessary time off to meet the service rep. I waited for about 3 hours for this company show up. To my dismay nobody ever showed up. After the fact I called to see what had happen. The service person was outside of my home and never knocked on the door, called, or rang the door bell. When I was trying to understand how I had missed the service tech. He stated "Don't know waste my time f_ckhead" and hung the phone.
Description of Work: I originally called this company to service my pool and answer some questions that I had about my pool and spa.
