My job was a small job -- a stairwell and ceiling. I was quoted for a Level 3 prep and was explicit that I expected all of the damage from prior condensation damaging the wall to be repaired. I was assured it would be with compound and sanding. Instead, the painter came on a Saturday, alone, and did what I will politely call a poor job. Many imperfections noted on the wall, uneven coloring on the ceiling, and he even chose to use my own dustpin and brush to clean up, which I found interesting. In addition, he created 2 black spots on a wall with his ladder. With all this, he informed me he was done. He was actually going to leave my job with now new imperfections that didn't exist before his arrival. When I pointed out all of these problems, using my iPhone light to look at the wall, the painter responded that he agreed with me and that it was hard to see as the light wasn't that good. He agreed to come back the next day. He returned early the next day and I have to say did a much better job. He brought his own light. However, I still needed to constantly check in and point out things that he did not think a problem. Those black spots, I had to remind him about. The unevenness of the white ceiling, he simply responded "I don't know, I think it's shadows from the light" which it isn't - it just needed additional coats of paint. And the stairway wall, while better, still has lumps and bumps that I think anyone would agree should have been eliminated with a Level 3 prep. Moreover, he got paint on the bannister and did not protect the bathroom upstairs or close the door, so the bathroom was covered in fine white dust throughout, including my toothbrush. When it comes to their communication, the estimate process, and estimator (Brian), I would rate them a 10 out of 10. However, I hired them because of things they stated -- that I get to live my life without the need to worry about my paint job, while they take care of my paint job, without me needing to constantly monitor how things are going. And that they provide a good product. I honestly cannot rate them higher than a 6 out of 10 because the whole purpose of hiring them -- the paint job -- remains mediocre. I don't understand what the difficulty is, but a small job that turned into a 2 day job is just mediocre.

Certapro painted the exterior of my 5,000 sq. ft home. The crew was supervised by Fabio, who was terrific. He was professional, responsive and detail oriented. The crew sanded, used filler where needed and primer. You will not be disappointed. Everyone at the company was pleasant and helpful from our first contact until completion. It is a pleasure to recommend Certapro and Fabio to manage your painting. It is also a plus that Certapro gives the option of paying six months to a year after the job is done, without interest, as long as you pay it entirely in the time frame you agreed upon. I would have hired them to do the painting regardless of this perk, but it is helpful.

Very well. Done in 1 day instead Of the 2 I was initially told. Danny even repainted around a towel rack that my grandkids broke after the initial paint job was done.

Excellent. Not only did they do the work to a high degree of professionalism, they came back to do minor touch-up. I would highly recommend CertaPro. If at all possible, ask for Fabio!

They were very punctual, professional, and did a great job. They were very flexible when problems were uncovered, and they went above and beyond to do extra.

The estimator was courteous and prompt in his scoping visit and estimate submittal. The work crew was punctual, friendly, and diligent. They cleaned up carefully every day. I am no longer a homeowner, but if I were, I would be happy to use the services of Certa-Pro again.

CertaPro was great from start to finish. They were responsive on the initial estimate, great communication throughout the process, and Claiton and his team were very professional and did a great job on the exterior of our house (including all the prep work and clean-up). Will definitely hire again.

After an initial bad choice of color on my part, the work was done to my satisfaction.

They were very responsive to my questions. They did a good job.

They responded immediately but there was some lapses in between where the guy was suppose to show up at a certain time and they didn't.

The room looks great. CertaPro worked with our short time line to have the work completed by Thanksgiving. We were a little surprised by the price, but they were about 10% below the other estimate that we received.

Worked out great! Professional, timely, cost effective, hard working. Took a little over a week to complete job.

Starting with the office manager Krista, who was very professional, had a consultant come to our house and suggest colors that would look good with the lighting and furniture we have in our house.  Next step was to talk to Krista to schedule a time to have the work done. My husband and daughter surprised me and had the work done while I was away.  A very nice surprise!!  My husband stated that they prepped day 1 and painted on day 2. Everything looked great and everything was back to where it should be.  Fabio and his team did an awesome job.  I would definitely call upon CertaPro Mainline again.

The painting went reasonably well, but there were several issues that needed to be completed or corrected. We did a walk-through with the representative at the end of the job and he assured us the issues would be fixed promptly. That was in May 2016. We have followed up several times via email and phone to get these issues resolved. It is now mid-September 2016, and CertaPro has not yet fixed the problems. We had heard good things about the company, but are extremely disappointed with their lack of follow-through. We will not use them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with CertaPro and the work that was completed. From obtaining a quote to working with the crew, everything went smoothly and everyone was professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with everything. This was the first time we hired painters (for interior) and we were surprised by the cost (from any company), but once i saw the detail the put into prepping the walls and perfection of the final product, I realized it was totally worth the price and I can't imaging DIYing it ever again.

We were very pleased with CertaPro. The quote was clear, everyone there was professional and friendly, and the work itself was top notch. They were 100% focused on our satisfaction and were attentive to details. We live in an older home and the prep work they did on our cracked plaster walls alone was worth the price. I would definately recommend them.

I cannot thank Mauricio and his team enough for the amazing
work that they did on my home. I originally only decided to use CertaPro
because I knew one of the sales reps-James Williams-but now I honestly wouldn?t
go anywhere else.

James came to my house and explained the different levels
of prep that the painters could do. I decided to use ?level 3 prep? based off
his recommendation. In my mind, I was assuming it meant that they would lay
some tarp down and fill a few nail holes. Boy was I wrong!

Mauricio and his partner spent an entire day tearing old
plaster off my walls, fixing nails that had popped out of the ceiling, and
repairing damage previously done to the walls. The prep work alone was worth
the amount of money that I paid to CertaPro. I honestly couldn?t have been
happier at that point, and we were only on day one.

Not only was Mauricio patient with me while choosing paint
colors, he also gave great recommendations. He knew how excited I was to see
the finished product, so he sent me texts throughout the day with updates on
the house. I have small dogs that had to stay locked in a bedroom and Mauricio
even offered to put them outside for me while I was at work. The customer
service that he provided was truly above and beyond.

Now let?s talk about the actual paint job?PHENOMENAL! I
actually can?t even put it into words. They thought of EVERYTHING! My vents
were cleaned and painted. My trim was painted. My door frames were painted. My
railings were painted. The ugly coverings on my walls were painted. My windows
were painted. The list goes on and on. I cannot rave enough about how ecstatic
I am with CertaPro?s work. 

When I signed up for this project, I honestly had no idea
how much value CertaPro would bring to the table. I am nearly in tears just
thinking about how thankful I am that I used this company. I cannot wait to
have them back to finish the rest of my house.

Great job. I needed the painting done as soon as possible and they accommodated my schedule. The staff was good and the owner was great answering questions. They sent someone to evaluate the job and I received an exact cost for the job before the job started. The crew cleaned up well afterwards. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.
