Bill was our real estate buying agent. He asked for our preferences, suggested potential houses, arranged viewing times, and helped in the negotiations. Most importantly, Bill was available at all times to answer (all of our) our (crazy and sometimes stupid) questions. It was very clear he invested an effort in learning what we actually like and dislike so he can update his recommendations and help us find the right home for us. Bill was very helpful during the negotiation period, stayed patient and was a good sounding board for our ideas. Bill Cook was also an endless source of advice and contacts on all things necessary. From pizza joints for takeout to contractors to schools. Everything you need when moving to a new location. I will definitely recommend him to my friends, and, if we ever leave this house, I know who my agent will be.
