It took about 3 weeks on saturdays only to finish, he was always late and he put the floor in too tight so it buckles now. Even though we called him, without coming to look at it he said that we dropped water on the floor, which we did not. Outside of getting a whole new floor put in, there is really nothing we can do now. Which is a shame since the 1st time we used him, he was GREAT! now not so much

Rich was very professional from the second that we made contact. He was true to his word and did a great job with the installation of the patio doors. He was respectful, courteous and cleaned everything up. I will definitely be hiring him again.
