Arrived on time, carpets looked ok, but when they moved the couch they broke the leg off the frame on the recliner part and the recliner won't work now. I didn't realize it didn't work until awhile late because I didn't try to use it. When I called them they refused to to do anything about it. The sofa has never been moved except the time they moved it to clean the carpet.
