My outlets were out in my kitchen and my bedroom. The breaker in the box was not thrown. Every once in a while the power would turn back on. I Called B and M at 9:30 am Mike advised that he could be over by noon. He said no charge for the visit and estimate. Mike arrived right at noon. He said the outlets needed changed because the old style wiring, where the wires were pinned directly into the back of the outlet were overheating and causing shorts. He replaced 8 outlets and spent about an hour and 20 minutes on the job. He charged $80. I was very satisfied. I know a large corporate outfit advertises a "sale" $100 to change up to 10 outlets however they also charge $40 to determine what you need.
