Prompt assessment of situation, mitigated water damage. Checked water saturation frequently keeping dehumidifiers and fans operational until they were certain moisture no longer a problem.

I'm a very handy person and will do almost everything myself. But this was one job that I didn't have the tools for. My hot water heater leaked and created a moisture problem in the house. Matt responded very fast to my phone call at 7:30 in the morning. He was out to my house in less than 2 hours with the tools that were needed to do the job. The repairs were started ASAP and finished within 2 weeks. Very fast turn around for what he had to do. During the repair he worked with myself and my Insurance Company to help get the repairs cover by Insurance. Once again Matt, thank you very much for all of your help.

Mathew came and removed the old fan and light system.  He then installed the new fan and light.  The removal and installation were difficult because I live in a modular house where those kinds of things are installed as the house is being put together.  He really didn't have much room to work.  Attaching the wires and mounting the fan housing was tedious to say the least, but he got the job done and now I have a new and quieter ventilation fan in my bathroom.
