Called on a Thursday for an estimate, they gave me a very competitive estimate the next day, and made the repairs the following Tuesday. Had received a notice from the home owners association citing repairs I needed to make. The contractor explained what the home owners association was concerned about, as I was having trouble understanding what those concerns were. They did a great job explaining what needed to be done, and gave me choices on what could be done to fix the problems. They gave me a lower cost, but less permanent fix, and a more permanent fix that cost a little more. I went with the more expensive fix that should last a long time.
