I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY TO HAVE THE ROOF FIXED BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY A YEAR ONLY AND WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY PROBLEMS WERE WITH THE SKYLIGHTS AND ATTIC FAN. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. THEY JUST SHOWED UP WHEN THEY COULD.
