Since there was water in basement, I called office, then paged them. Responded right away and sent someone out within 1/2 hour (family owned/operated business). Problem solved within 2 hours of discovery. Meanwhile six hours later I'm still waiting for the plumber I used last time to even return my call.  A trustworthy friend had referred Penn Wynne Plumbing & Heating to me a while ago and I was glad I had their number in my phone!
