Tried to overcharge me $20 per new tire. TPMS light came on next day. They said all they'd do is make sure the new tires weren't leaking. Had to pay Ford $50 to "retrain" the sensors.

I was given an approx price on the tires over the phone, and the bill was exactly the same.  I asked about an alignment (what the dealership suggested) but it checked out OK, and I did not need one.  The manager explained to my satisfaction what was required, performed, and recommended in the near future.  I was treated fairly, service was punctual, on-line reservation system is very good, manager responsive to my needs.  I will certainly return for other services my car needs.

We've been taking our cars to Mike at the Mr Tire in Phoenixville for awhile now. He listens to my concerns. Prices are reasonable, and they're willing to shuttle us if we need to leave the car.

In addition, the option tire warranty they provide is great, I have had it on past purchases and they have always stood behind it with out any questions or issues. Great, said it would take 3 hours, they did all repairs in 2. Very friendly, right at estimate, even filled out $60 rebate form for tires for me.

They have found problems with my car that other companies were unable to find. I think they are very good mechanics and they really know what they are doing.
