Conolly was efficient, friendly, cooperative and did good quality work. I live in Oregon and own this old family house near Philadelphia as a rental property. I arranged with Conolly to start on a definite date when I would fly in from the West to be on hand for the work. He started right on time the morning after I arrived and was finished by the end of the day. I was especially concerned about the root system of a very old tree. Conolly's backhoe operator gently and carefully passed the tree without disturbing the roots - and he actually cared about the tree. Conolly was not the lowest price, but inspired the most confidence and his office person was polite and competent on the phone. We communicated before the job by email.
