Richard is very easy to work with. He can look at a space and come up with ideas that you have never even thought of to use the space better. Since he doesn't contract out as many of the services as some of the other companies we got quotes from, his rates were more reasonable (for example, another company was going to subcontract the work to remove the partial wall and raise the beam in our first floor bathroom; Richard and his guys did it themselves). We were the fourth family on our street to use him and he came highly recommended. We would recommend him as well. He and his workers are very pleasant, professional, clean up after themselves, and go the extra mile for you. They did everything they could to accommodate our schedule--we had a graduation party as a "goal" to have the bathrooms done, but wanted to have a functioning bath at all times so we could still live in the house. Our forty-year-old bathrooms went from tired and outdated to absolutely gorgeous. There were a few minor glitches along the way, as you would expect from a project of this magnitude, but Richard always worked with us to solve the problem in a timely fashion.
