 + -1 moreThis was a massive addition project. Two 2 story additions one at the front and the other at the back of the existing house. The house had 60 year old wiring some of which had to be replaced. Laz and his crew always showed up at their appointed times often working around not only our schedule but all of the other trades on the job. He came over at 10pm one night because the old electrical box died before the new one was installed. He fixed it that night and made sure that we were safe and would have power. He swapped out two sets of two exterior fixtures when I had placed them in the wrong rooms without any complaint. Our electrical inspections were completed without a hitch. Now that we're doing the kitchen he'll be here again because I know I can trust him to do everything the right way and in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Upgraded our electrical service to 200 amp. Removed old box and installed a new one in a different location. Did the rough and finish electrical for a 1200 square foot 2 story addition. Including 25 recessed lights, 3 bathroom fans, 5 ceiling fans, 6 outdoor light fixtures, garage door opener installation, upwards of 30 switches and outlets, coax cable installation in 5 bedrooms and a family room, all wiring for 2 furnaces and 2 central air units, installed 4 ceiling mount lights (one on a very high vaulted ceiling), 4 above the vanity lights, and an exterior outlet.
