Jeremy and his crew were great and you will not regret hiring him for your concrete work. I hired him for a new garage floor and driveway apron and I am 100% satisfied. Stephanie, who handles the scheduling and quoting, was very responsive and helpful too. Here are some more details: Cost- The JT bid was not the lowest but was inline with the others. However, I believe I got a lot higher quality service with JT. Communication- Jeremy very carefully and clearly explained the what, why and how. I really liked how I felt I understood the process well from his explanation. Also, he even helpfully advised on parts of my project that he wasn't doing, like my crawlspace. Results- The end product looks great. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure the results were great.

So happy I chose JT Concrete Services to replace the sidewalk in front of my rental property, as well as doing spot repointing and repairing of the brick walkway leading to the house. The sidewalk was very unsightly and was becoming unsafe. John's quote was not only the most reasonable but his proposal was also the most comprehensive. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly, and the result was outstanding. John was easy to communicate with, and he supervised the job personally. He was also very understanding when I had to postpone the job at the last minute due to a sewer pipe issue. He is a contractor you can trust, and I highly recommend him.

John seemed like a knowledgeable friendly guy. He promptly arrived to my house to review a job. Said he would get back to me within a few days with an estimate. Tried reaching out a few times, but haven’t heard back.
