John is an individual service provider and it seems like he works alone so you have to be patient when you call him in that he is the only one that comes out to provide the service, but it is worth it in terms of price and service. John is definitely one of the good guys and no commercial company will be able to beat him in terms of price and service. When I first called him, he told me when he was going to next be available and, on that day, he told me when he would be coming and came exactly when he said that he would be there. He took the dryer apart to trouble shoot it and then determined that it wasn't a circuit board burnout, but had to do with the hose and the spinning of the dryer. He took it part to fix it, determined what the problem was and told me how much that it would for him to fix it, fixed it and then cleaned out 10 years worth of lint that had accumulated in the dryer. The whole job took about 2 hours or so and the dryer works great now!

It was EXCELLENT!!! He called back came when he said he would which was the next day from first contact! I will tell you my saud was in this business his entire life so I know how he treated his customers with an honest assessment of the situation not someone looking to make a quick buck. Mr Delia. Was like having my dad in front of me. I couldn't say enough about the professionalism and honesty that was on front of me it was refreshing especially in these times! I would recommend him to anyone and will through word of mouth and social media couldn't have been more satisfied !! Use hi for any problem you have I know I will. In fact instead of a typical BUISNESS card he gave me a sticker for the appliance which as far as I'm concerned old school and there isn't anything better than old school you just don't find that anymore

The technician arrived on time, examined my washer and determined the plumbing to be the problem, not the washer. He was very kind and very thoroughly assessed the washer. He even tried to adjust the plumbing a bit to help the situation a bit before I could get a plumber to look at it.

Refrigerator leaked water on the floor. I called Jon. He came rapidly, opened up the interior of the freezer and cleaned the blocked drain. Jon then sent a bill which I considered reasonable. I'm very pleased. End of story.

Our diswasher stopped working. He came in and found out that there was a rubber band stuck in there somewhere. He fixed the problem in ~45 minutes and charged us $85. We are very happy with his honesty - did not try to complain of all other things with the machine.

A dishwasher was inspected for leaks. I was advised that it would be less expensive to buy a new dishwasher than to repair the old one. I appreciated the honest appraisal of the needed repairs and the advise to replace the dishwasher, instead of attempting to repair it. We have called Jon in the past and have been extreemly pleased with the service provided. Service was prompt, punctual and professional. I would not hesitate to call for any future appliance repair needs. I highly recommend this service.

Jon came the next day to check out a washer that had emitted smoke the previous day. He took it apart and found nothing wrong. Thankfully is hasn't done it again. He was professional and friendly.

After he cleaned the duct he told me that I was close to having a fire, which I believed. He came on a holiday weekend, which was great of him and he was here within only twenty minutes. When I asked him if he repairs other appliances he said yes. I had a refrigerator that I needed looked at and he said he'd let me know if it was worth repairing and that he'd give an estimate.

I found Jon's name on Angie's list. He was rated an A, so I contacted him. Jon made arrangements to come out (on my schedule) and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, so he came back two days later after calling and making an appointment.

My experience with him was excellent. We called him and he came the next day. He fixed the problem with the dryer. Instead of fixing the washer he told us it would be cheaper to buy a new one. He was very honest. He charged us a very fair price. He only charged us for repairing the dryer.

Jon came at the appointed time and replaced the broken part. He carefully took apart my range, replaced the broken part with one from his truck, and put everything back together again.. Took him about an hour for the repair.
