I was very pleased with everything except for the price. James advertises himself as a general contractor. It is exactly what I was looking for. He did the tile work with his cousin and brought in somebody else to do the carpentry and painting. I was on a very tight timeframe with a hard deadline (it was for my daughter's 16th birthday). He did the job with short notice and he did it with time to spare. All 3 were professional and congenial. It was a big mess but they cleaned it all up and disposed of everything.
Description of Work: Basement 5,800, Remove and dispose of existing basement floor (approximately 600 square feet) Supply and install inch hardy backer on basement floor (approximately 600 square feet) Install tile and grout on hardy backer (approximately 600 square feet). *Tile and grout is to be supplied by homeowner. Walls $1,800.00 Prep basement cinderblock walls for paint, Paint walls with 2 coats of Behr Basement Waterproofer. Carpentry $250. Remove and replace wood under existing seats to match new extention. Prep and paint 2 coats.
