We were not happy with the service. They were not very professional. The guy who came was very obnoxious and I don't think they fixed the problem. Basically they told us that we had to buy a new unit without trying to fix the problem. This company was not very friendly and they were overpriced. I will not use them again in the future.

He was very professional. I was quoted a very good price; the price was probably 30% less than everyone else's price. He gave us a realistic start date, which he followed. He finished in a couple days, which is a reasonable amount of time. I've been very satisfied with the system. I've been able to reach him via phone. He helped us with the rebate forms and everything. He gave us the envelopes and everything. He was very personable and helpful.
