The work was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner.

I waited upstairs until they finished installing, and when I went downstairs and checked it out, I saw that it was the same color that I selected, but a different texture. When I told the installer it was not the carpet that I selected, he wrote on an invoice (which I have a copy of) that I desire an evaluation of the carpet to assess if it's the correct grade. I also showed him a discoloration around nine inches long and 5 inches wide and was told they would also check on that. Nothing was resolved, even though they were fully paid. A while after the installation there were ripples, so I needed the carpet stretched, but I didn't call them at that time because I didn't want to waste my time since they don't respond. This all happened in November of 2004 and now there are more ripples, and when I saw them on Angies List I figured I'd call to see if they'd at least stretch the carpets. On 7/19/17 Mike said he would explain to the owner and let me know. On 7/20 Mike said that they would charge me and I told him that the least they could do to make up for the past was to not charge me, but they did not want to do the right thing. I'm in my 70's and I don't need the extra stress and will have to hire somebody that will do the job right the first time and back up their work.

The guys at Carpet Warehouse were fantastic to work with. We were moving into a new home and had a week between settlement and our move-in date, and we wanted all work completed before the movers arrived. (Much easier to install new carpet in an empty home.) Mike at Carpet Warehouse understood our timeline, made recommendations for carpet he knew they had in stock or would be able to get quickly, and provided us with great options. The installers showed up on time, were professional, and did a great job. The cost was competitive. I would definitely use these guys again.

I had used Carpet Warehouse previously to recarpet 3 bedrooms in our house. The carpet was fine but the crew didn't install it correctly in one of the closets and had to come back to fix it. When we decided to redo our basement, I gave them another shot. Mistake. Initially Mike the salesman was very responsive. I picked the carpet, he sent someone to measure and was great on the follow up although he needed a hefty deposit when before I gave a date for the installation. I never received a phone call on when the crew were to arrive which normally would not be an issue but after 9 am on the day of the install I had to call Mike to see when and if they were still planning on doing the work that day. Our basement is very large and I knew it was an all day job. The crew did not arrive until around noon and the forman on the job said if he had known that this job was scheduled for that day, he would of loaded the carpet in to his truck the day before and been here at 9 am since he lives around the corner (I am in West Chester, Carpet Warehouse is in Broomall). The forman said as of the day before my job was not even on the schedule. The guys were here until well after 8 pm that day still banging away and making noise which hindered us putting our daughter to bed. The next day I noticed that the moulding where the wall and the carpet meet, our new paint job had been marked up and scratched in one part of the basement and up the stairs. I immediately called Mike and he told me that the forman for this job was on vacation until Tuesday of that week (this was Saturday) and he would have him come back to fix it when he came back to work. For the record, the forman was leaving for Florida that Saturday, the day after our install so how could he be back from vacation with his family on Tuesday? Never heard back from Mike and it has been 3 weeks. I will not use them again.

Carpet installation went great. There were a couple bumps with the work related to the kitchen floor, that were all resolved quickly. Punctuality issue was with the subcontractor who installed kitchen floor. All interaction with carpet warehouse was great and the new flooring and carpet looks terrific. Will definitelycall them the next time I need new flooring.

The carpet was ordered by the store and was received within 4 days.  The installers came the next day.  We discussed some details on how the carpet would be installed on the stairs at the critical points, such as the threshold at the top of the stairs, how the carpet would tuck in at the edge of each stair and wrap around the bottom stair, as the last stair opened into the room. They were fast, very professional and cleaned up afterwards.  It was a neat and tidy job.  Well done!

They were very easy to work with and reasonable.  Went to the warehouse to talk to them, they came out and measured, and then came out to install in a short time period.  They were responsive and very professional.  Their price was also reasonable.  Would definitely use them again.

Replaced carpeting in a bedroom quickly, inexpensively and with beautiful results.

Water got into my basement after a heavy rain & ruined my carpeting. Man came out & tore out the wet carpets & then had them carried to the curb by his assistant. We discussed what could be done with the concrete floor & a proposal & price were worked out. After getting a drain & pump installed I went back to Carpet Warehouse to complete the deal. Within a week a crew came out to my house, put a "skim coat" on the floor & then did a very good job of tiling the floor.

I went to the carpet warehouse for information about my carpet issue and I ended up meeting Mike and he turned out to be extremely helpful. Within days of meeting him he was able to come to my home and repair my carpet for a very fair price.

The team at Carpet Warehouse was fantastic in working with a very unusual schedule. My wife and I purchased a home with old carpet glued down in the basement. The basement also had a mold problem which we had to have remedied. The Carpet Warehouse team was able to do the tear-up, then come back in a couple of weeks after the mold crew did their thing. The new carpet (installed the traditional way) was installed quickly and expertly--it looks great! We will definitely go with Carpet Warehouse if we decide to put carpet in other rooms.

We got a pretty good service from them and no complaints really.  We got a very nice carpet and everything was on time, so I would recommend them to others.

We picked out a remnant, they held it without a deposit. They were out to do a free measurement within two days. Installation was less than a week from the measurement.  Overall selection was very good, I got a carpet at my price and it was installed when I wanted it.
