We were taken back by surprise how they roped, climbed only and dropped huge tree trunks to the ground, almost missing my sunroom in the rain. No bucket was used or crane. Sloppy work and debris thrown everywhere and not displaced properly. Dropping trees on my property, then rolling them down my embankment has ruined my embankment . I now have a huge erosion problem, next to my sunroom, missing dirt from them raking too much out and also raked all my bushes and natural plantings along too and now left with a dirt mess. Now I have to hire a landscaper. I can see why their cheaper then other tree surgeons. We are very upset and disgusted. I think our job was over their heads , because of the 2 huge oaks. Was not a professional job. After the job was done, owner divulge they don’t have a crane. I got what I paid for , will never use them again . Again, you think you ask enough questions and you research thinking you’re covered. Hate being burned, hopefully me writing this will help the next person by not making a bad mistake .

Carlos came to my house late on a Friday evening, understood what I wanted to do, proposed a very reasonable price and schedule. We agreed on a price and scheduled the work. Carlos and his crew showed up at the scheduled time, performed the work flawlessly, and cleaned up like there was no work done. Everyone was very professional, polite and knew what they were doing.
