I bought my son a leather belt that was made with a pin instead of a buckle, unfortunately the pin was on backwards. They pulled off the pin and reversed it in under a minute and refused to charge me. I will bring all my shoe repairs to them in the future.

The repair to my cap toe shoes went very well. He did a full sole replacement, leather, with a rubber heel. The shoes looked brand new when he was done and were completed within a week. The cost to do the repair, $78 was very reasonable and the shoes were ready right when he said they would be. I would definitely use his services again.

He did a nice job on the heel but while trimming the sole around the edges he hit the leather of the shoes and marred it. I did not see it until I got home. I was a little disappointed on this. The shoes were not brand new but still tried to take good care of them.

I have used them on and off. The price varies because I had different things repaired. The price can be always improved. The professional courtesy of the gentleman who owns the service stands out the most about their service.

The bag was repaired so that both sides match. It is beautiful. The job is perfect. There is no way anyone would ever believe the bag was repaired. It was a very professional repair. Better than new!

Better than I ever imagined. The boots looked like new. Also, they were ready on time, as promised. This is a wonderful shop - somewhat off the beaten path, so it's good to know about for shoe, luggage and purse repairs. Very nice people, too.

Looked like a new bag, He even polished it. Finished on time. Work was neat and looked professional. It is great to find a quality shoe repair person, as we have been looking for awhile.

I have a nice pair of black pumps that I wear constantly. One heel was very worn. I took it to Cappy's, one of the very few shoe repair shops in our area. They did an outstanding job and I saved money by not having to throw out a pair of shoes which I love!
