Home Security System Service
When ever you call Brothers Security for what ever reason (questions, equipment, billing) nobody answer the phone and nobody returns your phone calls. It is very very difficult to reach a person for help. We have had to call numerous times leaving numerous messages and if we are lucky someone will get back to us weeks later. Very unprofessional.
