The floor is beautiful. They were on time, courteous, and left the area very clean.

Very pleased. Installers efficient, punctual, friendly, skilled in their trade. We were able to bring home samples to find just the right match to the wood in our staircase. Sales staff in store very helpful, rep stopped in during installation to see how things were going.

Horace the installer did a great job, he was very meticulous and even came in on a Saturday to finish the work as some materials were on back order.

OK except the quarter round was dirty. I have to paint it because it has ugly black streaks on it. The installers were great and worked around my furniture. Only issue was "used looking" quarter round. I tried to get them to fix it but I gave up....too much hassle to argue with them.

Service was fast. Installation was very neat and professional in a small, but odd-shaped room.

We were happy with the outcome and the price paid for the new floor.

This was one of the vendors we priced for carpet. Initially there was quick response for coming out for a quote which was great since they were 40 minutes away. The salesman was ok, professional, not overly friendly/didn't provide ideas (options) for carpeting like the other vendors we met with but good enough. We had asked for indoor/outdoor carpeting samples which were brought but after talking with other vendors (this vendor didn't let us know the down side to indoor/outdoor), decided it wasn't the right way to go for the basement. I called the salesman again and requested a different type of rug to compare his to the other vendors and he was somewhat confrontational in that I couldn't provide the exact style name (I did provide make and the pattern). After that, we knew this wasn't the place for us. We then never received a call back with a quote after all of that. I also had to contact them a couple times (via phone and email) to pick up the samples left with us for over a two weeks. I guess he wasn't too interested in picking his stuff up. Good initial contact, very poor follow through. We would not use them going forward.

Don S. came out, listened to what I wanted done, and measured. Before leaving, he gave me a couple references - one of which was just down the street from me! Within an hour or two, he e-mailed me a very reasonable quote for the room and hallway I wanted refinished. I checked out my neighbor's floor and was incredibly impressed by the work done there. My neighbor still raves about what they did for him - saving a botched job from a previous contractor.
Boyles' did not disappoint! In 4 hours flat, I had a gorgeous newly refinished floor! Duma and his coworker did a wonderful job and made sure everything was neat, clean, and in the same state (and in the case of my floor - MUCH BETTER!) than how they found it. Many of the marks that were in the wood came out. Very professional and respectful of my home and if the men smoked, I never knew it.
When I have my other floors refinished, I'll be calling up Boyles' first! See the photos I uploaded!

I met with Mark Beeson, the owner who came to my house for a kitchen tile and finished basement carpet estimate. Their estimate was lower than anyone else and Mark was very responsive and professional. We were not quite ready to have the tile done in the kitchen but were ready to replace the carpet.
The original installation date was set for June 18 but the installer was unable to keep the appointment. However, I was called first thing in the morning by Boyle's and asked if Tuesday, June 19 would work. It was fine and I asked that they be there promptly at 8 am because I had to go to work. The installer was late and didn't arrive until 9:10 am. They did an incredible job installing the new carpet and cleaning up. We were completely satisfied. The carpet that Mark recommended works very well for us and was a nice change to the berber we had removed.
I would use them again for any future upgrades. They were a pleasure to work with aside from the installer issue.

Overall I would say they did a pretty good job with the floor. There were a few customer service problems and there was one installation that could have been better. I'm not sure if I would use them again because of some of the customer service problems.

They did a wonderful job! The floors were refinished by someone with whom they have a contract. Afterwards, old carpet was removed in the remaining rooms and new carpet was installed. Two men worked tirelessly for two days. Of course, they also had to move furniture during the process. We had carpet installed in five bedrooms, a hall, on the stairs, and in the living and family rooms! It was mind-boggling!
