Great experience. Our service provider Matt was prompt, knowledgeable and competent. He was meticulous in cleaning up after the job was completed. He brought our 20 year old subzero back to life! Thank you Appliance Repair Service and a special thank you to Matt!

I called Appliance Repair at 8:20 this morning, and by 12:20 the job was done! No muss, no fuss. Don't call anyone else for Subzero repair! We had used them previously a couple of years ago, and also an excellent job. Recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Appliance Repair Service. Our technician was polite, thorough, and neat. He diagnosed the issue with our fridge very quickly and was able to fix the problem. We would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to others. The company has amazing customer service and it was honestly a pleasure to work with them.

Appliance Repair scheduled same week. Matt arrived at the early end of the four hour window. He diagnosed a failed fan quickly (the ice maker will not function about 15F. He brought a tarp, tool kit, and even had the replacement fan with him (we have the model and serial # before contracting.) The part is warranteed for a year (better than most.) and Even the Service call is waranteed for 30 days if he needs to return. For the price, maintaining this high quality appliance was FAR better than replacing it. We could not be more pleased. Matt knew the appliance cold (no pun intended) and told us exactly how long it would take for all systems to come up to spec. Had we left this unrepaired, it likely would have ruined the entire fridge.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professional ethics of Chris McGuire. We recently had our freezer in our Sub-Zero refrigerator go down. The office mgr. at Appliance Service said although they had not appointments available that day, they would fit me in if they were able to find a gap in their schedule, anytime throughout the day. They said for emergencies such as this (not exactly life threatening, but I appreciate their genuine concern) they will do their best to fit us in. And they did. Chris the tech that came out had the correct circuit board in his van to solve our problem, which he did in about an hour. He was super polite. Showed my wife how to clean the vents in the refrigerator cooling unit. And to top it off he sent us a hand signed thank you note a week later!!! Who does that anymore?!?! Would not hesitate for an instant to call this company in time of need!

Received call from company the day before to confirm time for today. Received call from tech 10 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived in work vans clearly marked with the company's information. Techs were clean and in uniforms. Shoe coverings were put on without being asked. They were professional & courteous. All questions asked were clearly explained. The floor was covered while work was being performed. They arrived within time frame given & finished job sooner than expected. Everything was put back in its place. No additional mess to clean up. My expectations were completely exceeded. Would highly recommend this company without any reservations.

It seems obvious to me and the first repairman that came out that the compressor had gone out on the unit. After calling in to the main office, Appliance Repair decided it was best to send the specialist to evaluate the situation. He identified 2 computer boards but was later able to narrow the problem down to one. He ordered the part, replaced it and all has bee fine since.

I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, the conscientiousness and the effort to solve the issues with my sub zero.  He even ran a problem by the warranty department and it turned out I had a problem that could have resulted in a ruined refrigerator and a ruined floor.  I never would have known.  
I knew to call back Appliance Repair Service as I had used them before and was most pleased with their service.  Kudos to them for making an irritating experience a pleasure.
One more thing.  He always called to let us know how soon he would arrive within the confines of his schedule and our given timeline.  How rare is that.  Great job .

I called a numberof other repair services, who all wanted to schedule appointments in three days time.  I looked up SubZero and called them, and was given the number of the local authorized repair service.  I called them in the morning to say we were without the freezer and they scheduled a repairman for that same afternoon.  He was there as scheduled, and was friendly and professional.  He had the freezer up and running in good time.
