it went really nice I called them Sunday afternoon, they came in the evening and check if the parts are available. They told me the price of the parts, labor and Monday afternoon the job was done. They were very professional ,prompt, on time and they were easy to reply.

I had one of those cheap carbon filter hoods without ducts that's supposed to trap the smoke/smell when cooking. It didn't do anything so we decided to buy an expensive commercial grade hood. Turns out that our kitchen's walls where it was supposed to go was tricky because a bunch of piping and electrical wires were in the way. Tani, the tech was very professional, he explained everything and he spent a lot of time working around the pipes etc. Long story short I am very happy with my new hood, he cleaned up everything afterwards and I they didn't charge me extra for labor just for the extra material. I have used these guys for multiple HVAC repairs. They always come on time, and one time they even came late on a weekend because it was sub zero and the heat was not working. They fixed some issue with the blower motor, I do not remember exactly what it was. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
