Terrible. The most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever paid money too. Knowingly sold me a defective vehicle and when I asked to fix it the charged me $300.00. Problem still exists and they won't return my phone calls.

Sad to say, typical dealership service experience. Service manager/advisor was very arrogant and not receptive to my ideas as to what the issue was.
Would not escalate the issue with Dodge/RAM/Jeep.
Was told I was operating the cruise control incorrectly, when I was using it the same way with every other vehicle I owned and treated like I was stupid.
However, when the fix was issued by Dodge/RAM/Jeep, they got me in very quickly to apply the fix.
I will be looking for another dealer for warranty issues and independent mechanic for any other needed work and maintenance.

They got me in at the time that was most convenient for me. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They gave me the best deal possible and save me quite a bit of money because they were running a special I got a discount for spending over a certain amount of money. I take one of my vehicles here for all services because we purchased it here, but I really like coming here because they treat you well and do quality work. Sometimes they are a little slow, but I think it's because they are busy with lots of other customers. The staff takes the time to sit down with you and go over the necessary services needed and costs involved.
