I was very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. I was told by previous owner of the dog, that going to a groomer was a horrible experience, and to a vet even worse. I did not have to wait long, tech's were very caring, vet was excellent. As a result Tory was easy to handle, and he took the experience very well. Initially, my dog was hyperventilating and afraid when we first arrived, but this reaction was very short and ended with the first tech's manner. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised how well he behaved and was quickly reassured.
This is the first time Tory has been in the car with me over 5 miles. I was told that he gets car sick. He did not get sick. A couple of times he stood up and looked out the windows with a degree of apprehension. Returning home he was reassured and slept calmly.

Well, considering what we had to do. I think the cost was so high because we elected to have her cremated, and that costs extra.

The process went very smooth, Dr. Boghean was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was patient and allowed us to ask any questions and answered them courteously. Recovery for the horse went perfectly.
