Chris showed up on time on the date scheduled. We talked about specifics of the install and I like that he offered suggestions for improvement. On the first day he laid out and installed the lines. On the second day he connected each line to the fixtures. I asked him back to repair a leak, switch pipes into the shower (hot and cold lines were reversed), and change the connection type into the washing machine (from drywall plumbing recess to spigots - this is on a cinder block wall). In hindsight, I wish I had asked for the lines into the basement bathroom fixtures to come off the trunk at a right angle and follow the wall down to the fixture. I later put into a drop ceiling and it was challenging to cut holes in the precise location of the pipes. Would have been infinitely easier if the lines had come straight down the wall. Overall, they did a quality job and ABC will be my go-to for future plumbing needs. The technician (Chris) was friendly and I like that he listened to me and we collaborated. I am the household handy man and I like to be involved and learn more by assisting in small ways. I do not like aloof service techs.

Mr Hinton was very profession in his work at my home.  His prices were reasonable and he was very punctual after coming to my rescue after another local plumber was a FAILED to report to my home on my scheduled day off.  He did a lot of work and his prices were reasonable (for plumbing work).  He even repositioned my sink so that someone else installed, so the water wouldn't stand in the sink.  I really was impressed with his company and would recommend him over any other plumber in Johnstown, PA!

They do good work. I would recommend them. They are all expensive when you get this type of work done.
