+ -1 moreWhen Imy wife and I explained to Victor Burgos what we had in mind for the screened porch, he knew exactly what we wanted and submitted a detailed estimate. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and explanation of exactly what he was going to do. I had gotten 3 other estimates and while he was slightly higher than the others, I decided to give him the job. I was not disappointed. His crew was courteous and respectful and completed the work in a professional manner. I would recommend Victor Burgos to anyone looking for a contractor to do a major home remodel.
Description of Work: Transformed a18 x 24 foot screened porch into a three season room. Supported the existing roof and rebuilt all walls. Installed interior insulation and dry wall and exterior vinyl siding. Installed energy efficient windows and replaced existing door with a sliding glass door. Installed all electrical outlets, light fixtures and ceiling fan. Built step near existing door to main house. Painted ceiling and walls.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. Victor was on time for our appointments and delivered a detailed drawing of a beautiful, smart, completely redesigned kitchen and a fabulous remodeled bathroom for a very good price. My experience so far has been excellent.
Description of Work: I called Burgos & Son after visiting their web site because I'm considering remodeling a very small kitchen with limited possibilities due to all the doors and windows and a sheer lack of square footage, as well as a very small, very pink bathroom.
