They came immediately, it was an emergency. They're wonderful, very quick, professional and efficient. They get the job done, they know what they are doing. I would absolutely use them again.

Called Joseph M. Vona & Sons, Inc. upon recommendation from our community manager, even though they were not listed in Angie's List. They responded within 2 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem as a failed gas valve. Valve had to be ordered. It was delivered and installed 2 days later. Installation went smoothly. Kevin, the technician doing the repairs was courteous and explained every step. He also cleaned the furnace and did a combustion test to ensure it was working properly after the gas valve installation. Furnace now works and we have heat.
