The greatest thing was that Mike was willing to come all the way out to Lincoln University. 

We have a lot of cows out here but not a lot of reliable contractors.  He worked with our General Contractor, Petka Remodeling, on a major interior renovation to our home.  Mike was able to accommodate the construction schedule (despite the fact that I forgot to call him back for the second part of the work; he came out on a Saturday!) so that we were not left with any holes in the walls or ceiling as a result of fishing the wires.  Our project was challenging because of how much fishing from the basement Mike had to do, because of the difficulty with squeezing the switches in between studs on one wall, and because we had a lot of stuff in the way, which could not be easily moved, forcing him to squish into fairly small spaces. We love the under-cabinet lighting, it looks amazing.  His work was quick, neat and professional.
