They are great. I have used them many times and referred them to friends and family. Always on time and reasonable. Carpets look amazing!

Jim is the best. He got an ink spot out of my carpet previously that I never expected to get out. He returns calls promptly, is on time, does a nice job, is pleasant to work with, has reasonable prices, and does not try to upsell you on additional services. I routinely tell people he is the best service provider I've used for anything at any time. When I had a puppy I had him come every 3 months, now it's once or twice a year. He covers Pennsylvania and Delaware.
