We have been using them for about a year now and I had a couple of problems with the box. It took them a couple of days to get it to work. Some of the people didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing, but I will use them for now until I can find somebody better.

THEY SHOWED UP LATE AND WANTED TO DRILL UNNECESSARY HOLES IN MY HOUSE WHEN CABLE WAS ALREADY PRE-WIRED.
